You will be studying ballet at least three or four times per week at a standard equivalent to the Royal Academy of Dance's Grade 4/5 or above for 12 to 14 year olds and Advanced 1 or above for 16 to 18+ year olds.

During the day, the world-class faculty will be teaching classes in:

All the dance classes will have top class dance pianist playing to ensure the students learn, appreciate and experience the importance of musicality. Whether you are taking class, rehearsing a solo or performing to an audience, dancers must develop a deep understanding, commitment and ability to dance on the music.

At the end of the day you will also have the opportunity to learn from the experiences of these great dance professionals with lectures and interviews giving you the chance to ask your very own questions in an informal and relaxed environment.

One evening you will have the unique opportunity of watching professional dancers perform in the Easter School’s studio theatre. Once again, after the performance you will have the chance to ask your very own questions with the dancers. Last year’s students remarked that this was one of the highlights of the Easter School.

To top it all off you will have the chance to show your parents or friends highlights of your experience at a performance on the last afternoon of the Easter School in the Studio Theatre with all the lights and drama of live theatre.
