Teaches: By appointment only. Yasmine will be teaching again in September after the holiday break

Please note: Yasmine receives her weekly rehearsal schedule on Friday morning for the following week. Requested times will be confirmed 100% once Yasmine has her schedule for the week in advance.

Bio

Yasmine Naghdi is a Principal of The Royal Ballet. She joined The Royal Ballet in 2010, was promoted to First Artist in 2012, Soloist in 2014, First Soloist in 2016 and Principal in 2017.

Born in London, she was a Junior Associate before entering full-time training at The Royal Ballet School, White Lodge and Upper School. In 2009 she won the Young British Dancer of the Year Competition. In 2018, she was nominated for Best Female Dancer at the Critic's Circle National Dance Awards.

Her major roles with the Company include Odette/Odile (Swan Lake), Aurora (The Sleeping Beauty), Giselle, Juliet (Romeo and Juliet), Gamzatti (La Bayadère), Kitri (Don Quixote), Tatiana (Onegin), Swanilda (Coppelia), Sugar Plum Fairy (The Nutcracker), The Firebird, Mathilde Kschessinska (Anastasia), Apricot (Dances at a Gathering), Irina (Winter Dreams), Young Girl (Two Pigeons), Florence Billington (The Unknown Soldier), Stop Time Rag and Bethina Waltz (Elite Syncopations), and the Girl (The Invitation).

Her further repertory includes Le Corsaire Grand Pas, Act III pas de deux (Sylvia), Ballet Imperial (Balanchine), Symphony in C, ‘Emerald’, ‘Rubies’, ‘Diamonds' (Jewels), Tarantella (Balanchine), The Four Temperaments (Balanchine), Symphonic VariationsMonotones ILa Sylphide and ballets created by Wayne McGregor and Christopher Wheeldon.

Booking

By clicking “Add to Cart” button and filling out the booking form with payment made (follow instructions via trolley at top right of screen), you are agreeing to the Dance Forward Online Teaching Terms and Conditions.

  • If you book a 1 hour session the booking form will require you to state the following: 

  • Required session eg. Class, Solos or Virtuosity

If you choose Solos you will also need to state solo/ballet you wish to be coached in.  Please make sure you have the music of the solo prior to the start of the session

SPEND & SAVE   You can save money by paying for either a series of 3, 5 or 10 Classes with the same tutor. 
The following discounts apply:-

  • BOOK 3 LESSONS – 5% OFF

  • BOOK 5 LESSONS – 7% OFF

  • BOOK 10 LESSONS – 10% OFF

 Once you have booked one of the above series of lessons you will have 6 months to complete the number of classes you have booked.

Booking a series of lessons are not transferable to different tutors.  All 3, 5, or 10 lessons have to be with the same tutor that you booked the series with.
